以开发与研究超低碳贝氏体H型钢为目标,通过合金元素对组织性能影响的研究,设计了适应超低碳贝氏体H型钢要求的低成本的合金成分;采用控制轧制和空冷工艺使材料的性能大大超过贝氏体H型钢开发的目标值;研究了不同加热温度、不同非再结晶区变形量和不同终轧温度条件下材料组织和性能的变化。
In order to develop and research ultra-low carbon bainitic H-section steel, the low-cost alloying components that meet the requirements of ultra-low-carbon bainitic H-section steel were designed by studying the influence of alloying elements on the microstructure and properties. Controlled rolling and air cooling The performance of the material greatly exceeds the target value of bainitic H-beam. The microstructure and properties of the bainitic H-beam were studied under different heating temperature, different non-recrystallization zone deformation and different finishing temperature.
