近年来,检察机关在严格执法的同时,更要立足于社会稳定,及时化解矛盾纠纷,减少社会对抗,切实提高化解社会矛盾的能力。适用检调对接机制是新时期对检察机关提出的要求,是检察机关立足检察职能、化解社会矛盾的重要司法手段。文章通过对玉林市检察机关2010年以来适用检调对接机制情况进行分析,找出存在的问题、原因,并提出对策。
In recent years, the procuratorial organs, while strictly enforcing the law, must also base their efforts on social stability, promptly resolve contradictions and disputes, reduce social antagonism and effectively improve their ability to resolve social conflicts. It is an important judicial means for procuratorial agencies to base themselves on the procuratorial functions and resolve social conflicts in the new period for the application of the system of prosecution and docking. Through the analysis of the application of prosecutorial docking mechanism in Yulin since 2010, the article finds out the existing problems, causes and puts forward countermeasures.
