Pseudomonas aeruginosa is resistant to many antibiotics and is clinically the major pathogen of nosocomial infections and poses many difficulties for treatment. A total of 508 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from 120 patients in the hospital. A total of 120 isolates were isolated from several isolates of the same patient.
