在投掷项目最后用力过程的教学和训练中,由于整体的技术动作很复杂,不少教师(教练)往往只看到或强调右侧(右臂、右腿)肢体的重要作用,忽视了左侧轴(左脚、左腿、左臂的连线)的作用。这对教学、训练的效果带来不良影响。为此,笔者根据自己多年来教学、训练的体会。并结合已有文献,从生物力学角度,分析左侧轴在投掷项目最后用力中各技术动作的要求和作用。 1 最后用力中左侧轴动作的作用 在研究投掷技术某一部分动作时,必须看到整体,特别是动作之间的区别和联系。左侧轴的动作,只是投掷技术的一部分,只有把它的前后动作有机地联系起来,才能更正确地认识它、了解它、掌握它。 1.1 “反弓身”姿势的形成
