坚持面向实际、面向基层开展理论辅导是市地讲师团学习宣传党的路线、方针、政策,履行自身职能的基本途径和主要手段。几年来,济宁市委讲师团紧紧围绕市委工作意图,着眼基层干部群众对理论的要求,不断改进辅导方法,努力提高讲课水平,推动了理论教育工作的不断深入。从1996年至今,全团先后进行理论辅导320余场次,直接听众3.5万人次;编写出版《领导学习参阅》14期1.4万册;为基层干部群众编写各种学习辅导材料4本,印发12万多册;另外我们还先后撰写了《济宁城市
