目的 :了解氨溴索 (ambroxol)对头孢克肟 (cefixime)在肺泡液浓度的影响。方法 :选择呼吸道疾病住院病人 2 0例随机地分为两组 ,对照组 8例 ,实验组 12例。每例病人在检查前均口服头孢克肟 0 .1g每日 2次 ,实验组加服氨溴索 60 mg每日 3次。 3天后收集及测量支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中头孢克肟及蛋白的浓度 ;计算两者比率。结果 :实验组 BALF中头孢克肟的含量 (0 .0 37±0 .0 14 mg/ L)较对照组 (0 .0 2 2± 0 .0 11mg/ L)高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,实验组 BALF中头孢克肟含量和蛋白含量比率 0 .10也高于对照组 0 .0 4 ,P<0 .0 5。而两组的头孢克肟血浆浓度和 BAL F中蛋白含量无显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :氨溴索有利于头孢克肟在肺内的分布。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of ambroxol on alveolar fluid concentration of cefixime. Methods: Twenty patients with respiratory diseases were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 8) and experimental group (n = 12). Each patient before taking oral cefixime 0 .1g 2 times a day, the experimental group plus ambroxol 60mg 3 times a day. After 3 days, the concentrations of cefixime and protein in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were collected and measured; the ratio between the two was calculated. Results: The content of cefixime in the BALF of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (0.022 ± 0.011 mg / L, P0.07 ± 0.014 mg / L, P <0.05 ), The experimental group BALF cefixime content and protein content ratio of 0.10 is also higher than the control group 0. 04, P <0. However, there was no significant difference between the plasma concentration of cefixime in two groups and the protein content in BALF (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ambroxol favors the distribution of cefixime in the lung.
