以矮秆品种申香粳4号与9117、寒丰等半矮生性品种及高秆品种老来青等杂交,分析申香粳4号矮秆基因的遗传。结果表明:申香粳4号与9117、寒丰等品种杂交时,F2代的株高分布只有一个峰,偏向高的亲本一方,株高遗传由微效基因控制。与老来青等杂交时,F2株高分布出现两个峰,株高遗传由单基因控制。
The heredity of Shenxiangjing 4 dwarfing gene was analyzed by crossing the dwarf varieties Shenxiangjing 4 with 9117, Hanfeng and other semi-dwarf varieties and the high-stalk variety Laolaiqing. The results showed that there was only one peak in plant height distribution in Shenxiangjing 4 with 9117 and Hanfeng cultivars, and the plant height was controlled by the minor gene. When crossed with Laoqingqing, two peaks appeared in the F2 plant height distribution, and the plant height was controlled by a single gene.
