现今,随着我国科技水平的提升,国家对于智能电网建设力度直线上升,电气工程项目愈来愈多,建设规模日益增大,复杂程度逐渐提高。一项工程的有效完成,在很大程度上取决于电气管理人员作用的发挥,尤其是取决于电气管理人员在技能、管理经验以及管理技术相互协调作用的发挥。因此,本文在分析电气管理人员在施工项目管理中作用的基础上,提出促进管理人员作用发挥的建议。
Nowadays, with the improvement of science and technology in our country, the construction of smart grids in our country has risen linearly. There are more and more electrical engineering projects, the scale of construction is increasing and the complexity is gradually increasing. The effective completion of a project depends very much on the role of the electrical manager, in particular on the role of the electrical manager in the coordination of skills, management experience and management techniques. Therefore, based on the analysis of the role of electrical managers in the construction project management, this paper puts forward suggestions to promote the role of managers.
