目的讨论老年糖尿病合并白内障患者的围手术期护理措施及效果。方法随访150例患者在医护人员的指导下健康的生活，遵医嘱服药、点药可以明显减少白内障手术的并发症同时提高手术的成功率，使患者视力很快恢复。结果所有患者均在手术后4—6天恢复视力，无并发症。
