探索贵州经济发展战略的正确定位,是改变贵州欠发达状况,实现贵州经济社会跨越式发展的基本途径。遵循科学发展观的重要思想,制定、实施贵州经济发展战略既要符合贵州省情,又要适应贵州经济发展的外部环境变化,因此应选择以地区合作为战略的支撑面,实施“比较优势模式和科技优先模式并重”的经济发展战略。
