目的建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)检测草莓中3-吲哚丁酸、赛苯隆、氯吡脲、3-吲哚乙酸、脱落酸5种植物生长调节剂的方法。方法样品采用QuEChERS方法乙腈提取,PSA吸附剂净化,高效液相色谱-串联质谱电喷雾(ESI),多反应监测(MRM)负离子模式分析检测,外标法定量。结果各化合物在0.01~1.0 mg/L范围内均呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.998。5种化合物的检出限在1~5μg/kg。添加回收率为72.0%~99.4%。相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于10%。结论通过线性、准确度、精密度实验及样品测定,验证了以水溶解样品、乙腈提取、QuEChERS净化的方法简便可行。
OBJECTIVE To establish a high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS / MS) method for the determination of 3 plant growth regulators of 3-indole butyric acid, cyproheptrol, clopidogrel, 3-indoleacetic acid and abscisic acid in strawberry method. Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile by QuEChERS method, purified by PSA adsorbents, electrosprayed with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (ESI) and analyzed by negative ion mode with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). Results The results showed that all the compounds showed good linearity in the range of 0.01-1.0 mg / L with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.998. The detection limits of the five compounds ranged from 1-5 μg / kg. The recovery rate was 72.0% ~ 99.4%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 10%. Conclusion The linearity, accuracy, precision experiments and sample determination proved that the method of water-dissolving sample, acetonitrile extraction and QuEChERS purification was simple and feasible.
