The authors reported eight cases of parotid malignancies that had been successfully treated for childhood cancer. All patients received multiple chemotherapies due to first-episode carcinoma and 6 patients received head and neck radiotherapy (dose range 1320-4325cGy). Seven of the first cancers were leukemia and one was neuroblastoma. The first diagnosis of cancer at the age of 1 month to 14 years old. Primary cancer
