2000年10月25日,省档案局在富裕县举行了学习《黑龙江省档案管理条例》有奖知识问答抽奖和颁奖仪式。仪式由省档案局副局长曾凡刚同志主持。全省各级档案部门对这次档案法制宣传活动给予高度重视,组织本地区积极参与,踊跃答题。截止9月30日,全省共收到答题卡4142张,其中正确卡1128张。省档案局学习《条例》有奖知识问答评委会根据黑档发[2000]4号文件评奖规定,综合各地参赛情况,确定哈尔滨市档案局(馆)、七台河市档案局(馆)、绥化市档案局(馆)获组织奖。接着,按纪念奖、三等奖、二等奖、一等奖顺序,由市、县领导在全省1128正确答卡中共抽出纪念奖200张,三等奖50张,二等奖20张,一等奖10张,并当场宣布。最后由省档案局局长
On October 25, 2000, the Provincial Archives Bureau held a prize-winning and prize-giving ceremony in Fuyu County for learning and quizzing the “Rules for the Management of Archives in Heilongjiang Province”. The ceremony was presided by Comrade Zeng Fancheng, deputy director of the Provincial Archives Bureau. The archives departments at all levels in the province attached great importance to the publicity campaign for this archival legal system and organized active participation in the region and enthusiastically answered questions.
