乡镇卫生院是卫生事业单位的基层组织,在基层工作的领导就应该懂得,基层工作的基础在职工,作为基础单位的领导,如何把职工的积极性、主动性、主人翁责任感调动起来,全面完成上级赋予的各项任务和搞好单位自身的建设,是最基本的职责,也是衡量一个基层干部卫生水平,工作作风的重要标准。一个较称职的领导者,一个能圆满完成上级任务的领导者,一个能够开拓创新的领导者,智慧无不来源于相信依靠群众,因为群众是创造历史的主人。那么,怎样把主人的主人翁精神调动起来呢?我个人认为要从以下四方面着手: 一、信任结识职工相互信任才能加深感情,深入实际才能结识职工,尤其我们在最基层工作的领

So, how to mobilize the masters of the ownership?
