针对目前加工中心刀具使用与管理中存在的问题,提出了多种工具系统的优化使用与智能化拼刀设计方法;依据有关标准及使用要求,开发出集中管理模式下的加工中心刀具管理系统。
Aiming at the existing problems in the use and management of cutting tools in machining centers, several optimization methods of the tool systems and intelligent knives design methods are put forward. According to the relevant standards and requirements, a machining center tool management system is developed under the centralized management mode.
