’99欧洲铁路会议于1999年1月在巴黎召开。会议的主题是公平竞争、公开准入、政策调整。除法国代表认为竞争之路行不通以外,大多数代表都认为竞争是使铁路走向复兴的必由之路。
’99 The European Railroad Conference was held in Paris in January 1999. The theme of the conference is fair competition, open access and policy adjustment. With the exception of the French delegation that the road to competition did not work, most representatives considered competition as the only way to revitalize the railway.
