目的:研究长叶红砂果实水提取物治疗湿疹皮炎的机理。方法:采用2,4-二硝基氯苯致小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀炎症模型,研究长叶红砂果实水提取物治疗湿疹皮炎的作用,通过测定小鼠炎足组织中一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素1β(IL-1β)和前列腺素E2(PGE2)的含量,分析长叶红砂果实水提取物治疗湿疹皮炎的机理。结果:长叶红砂果实水提取物50、25和12.5g/kg能明显抑制小鼠耳肿胀及小鼠胸腺和脾脏指数均显著下降,长叶红砂果实水提取物50.0、25.0 g/kg组可以明显减小耳厚度差。角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀的实验显示,长叶红砂果实水提取物50、25和12.5g/kg能显著抑制角叉菜胶致小鼠足跖肿胀,50、25g/kg组显著降低炎足组织中NO、MDA,不同剂量提取物能不同程度的降低炎足组织中IL-1β、TNF-α和PGE2的含量。结论:长叶红砂果实水提取物具有明显的治疗湿疹皮炎作用,其治疗机理可能与抗氧化和抑制炎性介质释放有关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the mechanism of aqueous extract of leaves of red sand apple in the treatment of eczema dermatitis. CONCLUSION: The water extract from leaves of red sand apple has significant effect on the treatment of eczema and dermatitis. Its therapeutic mechanism may be related to its antioxidation and inhibition of the release of inflammatory mediators.
