水电站工地和生活区常会遇到因突发意外事件而引起心跳呼吸骤停的伤员。这些人多数既往身体健康、抢救的关键是争取时间、尽快恢复大脑供氧。气管插管、安装呼吸机需要时间,现场也无此设备。此时,迅速采用口对口人工呼吸能挽救相当一部分伤员的生命。笔者用口对口人工吹气对11例意外事件引起呼吸骤停伤员进行现场急救,6例恢复健康,现报告如下。
Hydropower station construction sites and living quarters often encounter unexpected sudden cardiac arrest caused by sudden injuries. Most of these people are in good health and the key to the rescue is to gain time and restore the brain’s oxygen supply as soon as possible. Endotracheal intubation, installation of ventilator takes time, there is no such equipment on site. At this point, the rapid use of mouth-to-mouth resuscitation can save a considerable part of the lives of the wounded. The author with mouth-to-mouth artificial blow on 11 cases of accidental respiratory arrest caused by emergency personnel on-site emergency, 6 cases of recovery, are as follows.
