本文是研制一种热线风速仪的技术小结,这种热线风速仪用于测量亚音速气流的低频,小振幅速度脉动和研究气流运动的过渡过程。 文中介绍了测量方案,所用设备,介绍了热线焊接及改善稳定性的方法。提出了静态特性,方向特性,频率特性等试验的设备,方法和结果。 试验证明,这种热线风速仪在所要求的定型流动速度和扰动速度范冈内具有线性静态特性,对于气流方向的变化较总压管敏感;能真实地描述气流不稳定流动过渡过程的最大频率约为60赫芝。 最后提出了今后工作方向。
This article is a technical summary of a hotline anemometer used to measure the low-frequency, low-amplitude speed pulsations of subsonic airflow and to study the transitional process of airflow. The article introduced the measuring plan, the equipment used, introduced the hot wire welding and the method of improving the stability. The devices, methods and results of the static characteristics, the directional characteristics and the frequency characteristics were proposed. Experiments show that the hot wire anemometer has a linear static characteristic at the required steady flow and turbulence velocity and is more sensitive to the change of the air flow direction than the general pressure pipe. It can truly describe the maximum frequency of the unsteady flow transition process About 60 Hertz. Finally, I put forward the future work direction.
