目的探讨肩关节脱位并肱骨外科颈骨折患者临床护理措施及其效果。方法选取医院2015年8月至2016年8月收治的50例经闭合整复外固定手法的肩关节脱位并肱骨外科颈骨折患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组25例。观察组采取综合护理,对照组采取常规护理措施,对比两组治疗后并发症发生率、临床护理满意度以及护患纠纷发生率。结果观察组并发症发生率与护患纠纷发生率均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可提高肩关节脱位并肱骨外科颈骨折患者的肢体功能恢复程度,促进患者功能的恢复,提高患者的临床护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing measures and its effects on patients with shoulder joint dislocation and humerus neck fracture. Methods Fifty patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty and humeral surgical neck fractures admitted from August 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The observation group to take comprehensive care, the control group to take routine care measures, comparisons of postoperative incidence of complications, clinical nursing satisfaction and nurse-patient disputes incidence. Results The incidence of complications and nurse-patient disputes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the degree of functional recovery of the patients with shoulder joint dislocation and humeral neck fracture, promote the recovery of patients’ function and improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing.
