Objective To understand the level of IgG antibodies against Streptococcus pneumoniae in healthy population from 18 to 60 years old, and to provide reference for the prevention and control of pneumococcal diseases. Methods Healthy pulpists from Gansu and Ningxia were selected as subjects, divided into four age groups of 18 ~ 30,31 ~ 40,41 ~ 50,51 ~ 60 years old, 347 were investigated. Serum IgG antibody levels of 12 kinds of Streptococcus pneumoniae were detected by WHO standard standardized enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the positive rate of IgG antibody and Geometric Mean Concentration (GMC) were calculated. Results The percentages of error between the mean and the reference value of QC antibody in serum QC907 did not exceed ± 40%. The measured values were in accordance with the reference values. The CVs of all serotypes were less than 30%. The total positive rate of 347 S. pneumoniae IgG antibodies was 64.8% ~ 96.0%, and the GMC was 0.37 ~ 2.24 μg / m L. The differences of GMC in different serotypes were statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of GFP antibody and GMC among different age groups (P> 0.05). Except for 19F type, the positive rate of IgG of alloantibodies in different regions was statistically significant (P <0.05). Except for 4, F, 14 and 18C, there were significant differences Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions The serum levels of Streptococcus pneumoniae IgG in healthy people aged 18-60 years are generally high, which have protective effects on the major epidemic serotypes of Streptococcus pneumoniae.
