Objective: To observe the urinary fluoride excretion in fluorosis rats and to explore the effect of different doses of vitamin C, E, and alone and / or in combination on urinary fluoride excretion in fluorosis rats. Methods: Totally 90 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 9 groups with 10 rats in each group. Fluorine poisoning animal model was established by drinking water and supplemented with vitamin C and E by intragastric administration. Urine was collected in the 15th week and urinary fluoride content was measured by fluoride ion selective electrode method. Weight regularly, observe the changes in body weight. Results: Urinary fluoride excretion increased gradually with the prolongation of exposure time. The urinary fluoride content increased from the 15th week> the 10th week> the 5th week (P <0.05). Both vitamin C and / or vitamin E supplementation significantly increased urinary fluoride levels in rats. Vitamin C, E different doses of urine fluoride content is also different, with the increase of the intervention dose of urine fluoride decreased. Conclusion: Vitamin C and E have significant effects on fluoride metabolism in fluorosis rats, which can promote excretion of urinary fluoride and block the absorption of fluoride. Vitamin C, E in a certain dose range can antagonize the toxic effects of fluoride, reduce fluoride poisoning.
