抗战时期,内迁后方的民营机械厂普遍淡出农机行业,为解决产业困难与推动农业机械化,中央层级的国家资本创立了中国农业机械公司这一国有企业,维系了行业发展。战后,民营农机企业因环境动荡陷入困境,但中国农业机械公司却因外援物资的注入而壮大,并因在各地创立分公司而促进了农机工业的扩散。作为国有企业,中国农业机械公司努力从事技术积累,并取得若干成就,但在市场结构的诱导下,其技术战略与民营企业一样趋于低端化。
In the period of Anti-Japanese War, the private machinery factories in the backward areas moved out of the agricultural machinery industry generally. In order to solve the industrial difficulties and promote the agricultural mechanization, the state capital at the central level established China State Agricultural Machinery Corporation as a state-owned enterprise and maintained the development of the industry. After the war, private agricultural machinery enterprises were in trouble because of environmental turmoil. However, China’s agricultural machinery companies expanded their business because of the influx of foreign aid supplies and promoted the proliferation of the agricultural machinery industry due to the establishment of branch offices around the country. As a state-owned enterprise, China Agricultural Machinery Company strived to accumulate technology and made some achievements. However, under the guidance of the market structure, its technical strategy tends to be low-end like private-owned enterprises.
