本文提出了铝箔高效轧制的新概念。概括了实现高效轧制的基本条件及控制手段。结合引自西德的1200粗、精两用轧机,扼要地分析了板形控制装置的功能与特性。最后综述井预测了铝箔高效轧制中的某些发展趋势。
This paper presents a new concept of aluminum foil rolling. Summarize the basic conditions and control measures to achieve high efficiency rolling. Combined with the 1200 rough and fine rolling mills quoted from West Germany, the functions and characteristics of the profile control device are briefly analyzed. The final review and forecast of some of the trends in the high-efficiency rolling of aluminum foil.
