针对江西电网“三站四线”500 kV电力外送网络结构,根据系统潮流稳定计算结论,提出了江西电网的稳定控制措施,从设计角度介绍了江西电网外送电力安全自动装置的配置原则、配置方案、实施通道及厂站端的安全自动装置配置,其目的主要是为了提高江西电网电力外送网络的安全稳定水平,满足电力系统的三道防线。在实际选用安全稳定控制装置时,宜优先选用有成熟经验、简单、可靠、有效的分散式装置,不同控制对象的各类装置应协调工作。
According to the structure of 500 kV power transmission network of “three stations, four lines” in Jiangxi power grid, according to the calculation of power flow stability, the stability control measures of Jiangxi power grid are put forward. The configuration principle of power safety automatic device for outgoing power from Jiangxi power grid is introduced. Configuration scheme, the implementation of channel and plant-side safety automatic device configuration, the main purpose is to improve the safety and stability of Jiangxi power grid delivery network to meet the power system’s three lines of defense. In the practical selection of safety and stability control devices, it is preferable to have decentralized devices with mature experience, which are simple, reliable and effective, and various devices of different control objects should coordinate with each other.
