按照生长发育顺序,系统地测定了美国籽粒苋N.01、No.2的株高、茎粗、叶面积系数、单株干物质、净光合生产率和植株含氮量。运用数理统计等方法揭示出:(1)在籽粒苋一生中,株高与茎粗的生长、单株干物质及单株氮素总量的积累均符合“S”型曲线变化规律;(2)植株一生含氮量变化呈Y=1/(a+bx)型曲线;(3)叶面积系数进入峰值前与干物质积累呈高度正相关,含氮量与干物质量高度正相关,单株氮素总量与于物质呈高度正相关,这一研究为栽培该作物提供了理论依据。
According to the order of growth and development, the plant height, stem diameter, leaf area coefficient, dry matter per plant, net photosynthetic production rate and nitrogen content of the plant were determined systematically in American Amaranth N.01 and No.2. The results of mathematical statistics showed that: (1) The growth of plant height and stem diameter, the accumulation of single plant dry matter and the total nitrogen content all met the curve of “S” curve during the whole life of amaranth; (2) (3) The leaf area coefficient before entering the peak was positively correlated with the dry matter accumulation, and the nitrogen content was highly positively correlated with the dry matter mass.
