生活在经济发达的今天,合作能力已经成为我们生存的必要技能之一,因此要从小学阶段就开始培养孩子的合作意识。而小学生的思维水平有限,因此要注重选择合理的教学模式,做到不仅可以营造轻松的教学氛围,又可以提高教学效率。我们应该加强对小组合作学习的重视,通过丰富合作材料来吸引学生的兴趣,让学生有更多的资源和伙伴可以选择,从而真正做到孩子自主选择合作能力,培养学生的合作意识。一、找准时机,高效合作
Living in a developed economy, cooperative ability has become one of the necessary skills for our survival. Therefore, we should cultivate children’s sense of cooperation from the elementary school stage. The pupils’ thinking level is limited, so we should pay attention to choose a reasonable mode of teaching, so that not only can create a relaxed teaching atmosphere, but also can improve teaching efficiency. We should strengthen the focus of group cooperative learning, attract students ’interests through rich collaborative materials, and make students have more resources and partners to choose from, so as to truly enable children to choose their own cooperative ability and cultivate students’ sense of cooperation.
