叶用养菜(Beta vulgaris L.var.cicleL,),原产欧州,适应性广,耐热又耐寒。我省大田县农村素有种植叶菾菜的习惯,多为饲用(当地群众又称之为猪母菜)。该县前坪乡海拔700～800m,7月份平均气温为25.5～27.5℃。夏秋播种的叶菾菜一般亩产8000～9000kg,最高亩产达12000kg以上。其主要栽培技术如下,供参考。1 育苗1.1 适时早播 选用当地留种选育的宽叶柄叶菾菜良种,其耐热性强,在炎热的7月上、中旬仍会较好地发芽和长苗,同时又耐寒,在气温接近O℃时,植
