患者男性,43岁,住院号49990,江苏杨州人,已婚,工人。因反复中上腹疼痛、黑粪18年于1981年12月1日第三次入院。患者于1963年11月,因反复中上腹疼痛伴黑粪一天第一次住院。入院后诊断为十二指肠球溃疡而作胃大部切除术(毕氏Ⅰ型)。1964年起,中上腹偏左处又出现阵发性疼痛,无腹泻、呕血和黑粪,腹痛与饮食无关,有体重减轻和贫血。1964年10月因腹痛加重再次住院。胃肠钡餐检查:除残胃外,无其他病变发现。出院诊断为“胃大部切除术后和继发性贫血”,应用铁剂和输血后,症
