对轻型井点降水技术用于尾矿坝降低浸润线的有关工程施工问题,作了详细的介绍。目前,我国已建成投产的尾矿坝,绝大多数是用上游法堆筑的尾矿坝。这类坝的下游坡普遍存在因渗流不畅,而产生浸润线过高、逸出,甚至管涌等问题,严重地影响矿山生产。为解决尾矿坝的排渗问题,于1984年由马钢南山铁矿和冶金部建筑研究总院共同协作,将宝钢地基降水获得显著成效的轻型井点移植到凹山尾矿坝上作开拓性尝试。
