In order to find out the status of hepatitis B virus (HCV), hepatitis C virus (HCV) and HDV infection among Koreans in Yanbian rural areas, 585 Korean adults were tested for HBV, HCV and HDV infection by ELISA. The positive rates of HBV, HCV and HBsAg were 50.91%, 4.85% and 8.57% respectively, with no significant difference between the age groups. The double infection rate of HBV and HCV was 2.56%, and there was no significant correlation between HBV and HCV infection .42 cases of HBsAg-positive HDV infection rate of 4.76% .HBV infection patterns are 15, of which a single anti-HBs more common, accounting for 31.97% of the population, indicating that the prevalence of HBV, HCV and HDV in the population is different .
