为了研究油气管道盾构隧道工程中地质条件、覆土深度、衬砌环片厚度及混凝土强度等因素在不同工程环境下的相互影响及变化规律,采用有限元分析软件对盾构隧道衬砌环片的结构受力进行数值模拟分析。结果表明:地层性质对于衬砌环片的轴向力影响不明显,但对于弯矩与剪力的影响则相对明显;盾构隧道覆土深度对于衬砌环片的轴力影响很大,但对于弯矩与剪力影响较小;盾构隧道开挖衬砌环片变位及环向应力均与衬砌环片厚度比呈类似双曲线关系。地质条件对盾构隧道环片的影响存在一定规律,其可为盾构隧道环片的设计提供指导。
In order to study the mutual influence and variation regularity of geological conditions, depth of cover soil, lining ring thickness and strength of concrete under different engineering conditions in shield tunneling of oil and gas pipelines, the finite element analysis software is used to analyze the structure of shield tunnel lining ring Force for numerical simulation. The results show that the influence of formation properties on the axial force of lining ring is insignificant, but the influence on the bending moment and shear force is relatively obvious. The depth of cover tunnel has a great influence on the axial force of lining ring, And the influence of shear stress is small. The displacement and circumferential stress of liner tunnel lining excavation are similar to hyperbolic relationship with lining ring thickness ratio. The influence of geological conditions on the shield tunnel ring has some rules, which can provide guidance for the design of shield tunnel ring.
