作为云南省政治、经济、文化中心,昆明是全国水资源严重短缺的城市之一。水资源的匮乏,已经严重影响到昆明社会经济的发展。面对严峻的缺水形势,昆明市节水办做了大量的工作,昆明节水工作也取得了一些突破性进展。为实现昆明水资源的可持续利用,保障人民群众饮用水安全和生命健康,加快推进现代新昆明建设,实现昆明跨越式发展提供了有力的保障。
As a political, economic and cultural center in Yunnan Province, Kunming is one of the cities with a serious shortage of water resources in China. The lack of water resources has seriously affected the social and economic development of Kunming. Faced with the severe water shortage situation, Kunming Water Saving Office has done a great deal of work, and some breakthroughs have also been made in water saving work in Kunming. In order to achieve the sustainable utilization of water resources in Kunming, safeguard the safety of drinking water and health of the people, speed up the construction of modern new Kunming and realize the leapfrog development of Kunming, it provides a powerful guarantee.
