近年来微血管吻合技术与手术器械的不断改进,使神经血管吻合,组织游离移植的应用范围逐渐扩大。这是整形外科的重大改革,大大地缩短了整形手术的住院时间,免除了病员经受多次手术与固定体位的痛苦。现将文献中收集的60例微血管吻合在口腔颌面外科应用的资料,综述如下: 一、年龄:在15～65岁之间,多数在20～30岁。Ohmori及Harii曾对4～5岁的小孩成功地进行带血管腹股沟皮瓣游离移植。作者叙述此年龄营养皮瓣的动脉外径平均为1.3毫米,足够与接受动脉吻合。
