学校既是教师专业生活的场所,又是教师专业成长的地方。因此校本研究就必然是教师专业发展的最有效途径。校本研究对教师的素质提出了更高的要求,要求教师把参与教研当成自己工作的重要组成部分。其中我觉得最为重要的就是要进行反思教学,优化课堂。我认为反思可以分为纵向反思和横向反思两种。我在教学实践中,通过反思不断地完善自己、提高自己,让自己的课堂不断优化。我认为应该大力推广反思教学,从不断的反思中会得到很多收获。
The school is not only a place for teachers’ professional life, but also a place for professional growth of teachers. Therefore, school-based research is bound to be the most effective way for teacher professional development. School-based research puts forward higher requirements on the quality of teachers, requiring teachers to take part in teaching and research as an important part of their work. Which I think the most important thing is to conduct reflective teaching, optimizing the classroom. I think reflection can be divided into two kinds of vertical reflection and horizontal reflection. In my teaching practice, I constantly improve myself through reflection, improve myself, and constantly optimize my own classroom. I think we should vigorously promote reflection teaching, from the constant reflection will be a lot of gains.
