应用AMDL公司生产的DR－70TM试剂盒，用ELISA法检测恶性肿瘤患者143例，健康人群284例，良性肿瘤与其他疾病61例患者血清DR－70TM含量，检测结果表明，恶性肿瘤DR－70TM阳性率83．3％，特异性90％，健康组阳性率9．5％，两者经统计学分析，有显著性差异（P＜0.001）。提示DR-70TM检测对恶性肿瘤临床诊断提供一项有价值指标。而对健康人群可作为肿瘤筛查重要项目之一。
Using the DR-70TM kit produced by AMDL company, 143 patients with malignant tumors, 284 healthy people, and 61 patients with benign tumors and other diseases were tested for serum DR-70TM by ELISA. The results showed that the tumor was positive for DR-70TM. The rate was 83.3%, specificity was 90%, and the positive rate in healthy group was 9.5%. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.001). Tip DR-70TM test provides a valuable indicator for the clinical diagnosis of malignant tumors. For healthy people, it can be used as one of the important items for cancer screening.
