目的:探究饮料色彩对味觉选择性偏好的影响.方法:让被试者品尝5种不同颜色杯子所装的同种饮料,并根据各自的喜好进行排序.结果:①人们对5种不同颜色杯子所装饮料的喜好程度不同,普遍最喜欢桃红色杯子的,其他依次为草绿色、鹅黄色、橙色、天蓝色;②5种颜色对味觉选择性偏好的一致性显著;③5种颜色对味觉选择性偏好的影响在性别上差异不显著.结论:饮料色彩对味觉的选择性偏好有显著影响.
Objective: To explore the effect of beverage color on taste preference preference.METHODS: The subjects tasted the same kind of drinks in five different color cups and sorted according to their preference.Results: ①The effect of different color cups The preferences of the drinks are different, the most popular pink cup, the other followed by grass green, goose yellow, orange, sky blue; ② 5 kinds of color taste preference preference consistency; ③ 5 kinds of color taste selectivity The influence of preference is not significant in sex.Conclusion: The color of drink has a significant influence on the preference of taste.
