“培养什么人、怎样培养人”一直是教育学领域里的一个核心话题,也是我国乃至世界各国教育改革发展不可绕开的一个根本命题。文章在对人文素养的内涵进行分析的基础上,从人文知识的构建、人文情怀与人文精神的培养、人文行为的养成等方面构建了新课程背景下人文素养教育的基本内涵与目标,明确提出当前的中学人文素养教育要通过德育、人文课程教学、学科间的渗透、综合实践活动等主渠道,践行学、知、行相结合,才能取得实效。
It is always a core topic in the field of pedagogy and also an essential proposition that education reform and development in our country and even in the world can not be detached. Based on the analysis of the connotation of humanistic accomplishment, the article constructs the basic connotation and goal of humanistic accomplishment education under the background of new curriculum based on the construction of humanistic knowledge, the cultivation of humanistic sentiment and humanistic spirit and the development of humanistic behavior. It is suggested that the current humanistic accomplishment education in middle schools should achieve the actual effect through the combination of learning, knowing and doing through the main channels of moral education, humane curriculum teaching, interdisciplinary infiltration and comprehensive practice activities.
