搅拌摩擦焊中,材料的流动状态对焊件性能有很大影响。对5mm厚的1060/3003铝合金板材进行了搅拌摩擦焊连接。通过对1060/3003铝合金焊件焊核区腐蚀,研究了焊核区金属的流动形态。分析了不同工艺参数下垂直截面和水平截面的金属流动形态。结果表明:工艺参数对搅拌摩擦焊焊核区金属的流动形态有很大影响。通过使用较高的工具旋转速度和合适的焊接速度可以获得稳定、质量良好的搅拌摩擦焊接头。
Friction stir welding, the flow of materials on the performance of the weld has a significant impact. The 5mm thick 1060/3003 aluminum alloy plate friction stir welding connections. By analyzing the corrosion of the nugget in the 1060/3003 aluminum alloy weldment, the flow pattern of the metal in the nugget area was studied. The metal flow patterns of vertical section and horizontal section under different process parameters were analyzed. The results show that the process parameters have a great influence on the flow pattern of the metal in friction stir welding zone. By using a higher tool rotation speed and a suitable welding speed, a stable, good quality friction stir welded joint can be obtained.
