针对旧式离子渗氮炉所存在的问题，在新炉子的研制中作了大量结构改进工作。所研制的双重加热离子渗氮炉可消除工件由油污引起的弧光，提高了工件的温度均匀性，具有省电、节水、生产效率高的特点。用该炉进行气门的离子渗氮，其硬度、表面质量和尺寸精度均能达到产品的技术要求。
In view of the problems existing in the old ion nitriding furnace, a great deal of structural improvement work has been done in the development of a new furnace. The developed double heated ion nitriding furnace can eliminate the arc caused by the oil from the workpiece and improve the temperature uniformity of the workpiece with the advantages of energy saving, water saving and high production efficiency. Plasma nitriding of the valve with the furnace, the hardness, surface quality and dimensional accuracy can reach the technical requirements of the product.
