随着科技发展步伐的加快,产品的使用功能越来越多。但是如果对产品的功能和使用方法不了解,用起来也很不方便,甚至无处下手。这就不能不借助于产品说明书。因此,企业在向顾客推出质优价廉的产品的同时,应少不了附一份浅显易懂的说明书,让用户通过说明书,掌握产品的构造、性能、用途、方法和注意事项等方面的内容。时下不少产品的说明书让顾客“雾里看花”。笔者日前在某商场买了一台新款洗衣机,因为是第一次使用这种新式产品,不知如何启用,只得耐心地看厚厚的一册说明书,笔者也
