近年来,涉毒犯罪已经成为影响社会稳定、危害家庭幸福的重要问题,因此,发展原位、快速、灵敏、准确的毒品检测技术具有十分重要的意义。荧光技术以灵敏度高、选择性好、响应速度快、不涉及放射性物质、设备使用维护方便等优点在隐藏爆炸物、毒品、有毒有害化学品实时侦测领域呈现出强劲的发展势头。本文简要介绍荧光技术及其在微痕量毒品探测方面的应用,在此基础上,展望了毒品荧光探测技术的发展趋势。
In recent years, drug-related crimes have become an important issue affecting social stability and endangering the well-being of families. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop drug detection technology in situ, fast, sensitive and accurate. Fluorescence technology shows strong momentum in real-time detection of hidden explosives, drugs and toxic and hazardous chemicals with high sensitivity, good selectivity, fast response speed, no radioactive material involved and convenient use and maintenance of equipment. This article briefly introduces the fluorescence technology and its application in the detection of trace-level drugs. On this basis, the development trend of the fluorescence detection technology for drugs is prospected.
