目的通过对2015年湖北省寄生虫病防治技术竞赛成绩的分析,了解湖北省寄生虫病防治专业人员的业务能力。方法 2015年5月,组织全省17个市(州)68名寄生虫病防治专业人员参加理论知识和技能操作两个方面的竞赛,收集整理各项成绩数据,导入SPSS18.0软件,对得分情况进行描述性分析,并采用t检验和方差分析做分组比较。结果 68名参赛选手理论知识平均成绩为77.6分,及格率为76.5%;血片制作平均成绩为9.3分,及格率为98.5%;疟原虫检测平均成绩为14.2分,及格率为32.4%;加藤片制作平均成绩为8.6分,及格率为98.5%;蠕虫卵检测平均成绩为22.6分,及格率为27.9%。女选手的理论知识成绩(84.5±17.3)和血片制作成绩(9.4±0.4)均高于男选手(70.7±21.1和9.1±0.9)(P<0.05);县(市、区)级选手的疟原虫检测(16.3±8.0)和蠕虫卵检测成绩(25.8±12.0)均优于市(州)级选手(12.5±6.5和20.0±10.8)(P<0.05);有血防任务地区的选手理论知识成绩(84.4±18.4)和蠕虫卵检测成绩(25.4±11.0)均高于无血防任务地区的选手(61.1±14.7和16.0±10.8)(P<0.05);不同年龄和职称的选手,各项成绩间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论湖北省2015年寄生虫病防治技术竞赛中参赛选手的整体成绩良好,但存在地区间检测技术能力不均衡的问题,镜检阅片能力也有待提高。
Objective To understand the operational abilities of parasitosis prevention and control professionals in Hubei Province by analyzing the achievements of the 2015 Paralympic Prevention and Control Technology Competition in Hubei Province. Methods In May 2015, 68 parasite diseases prevention and control professionals from 17 cities (prefectures) of the province were organized to participate in the competitions of theoretical knowledge and skills operation.
