系统育种是小麦育种的最基本方法之一,但由于在其选择过程中,多凭经验取舍,科学依据性不强.自六十年代初期以来,国内育种工作者根据数量遗传基因作用的理论,在如何提高麦稻杂种后代经济性状的选择效果和正确选配亲本等方面作了不少研究,积累了大量资料.当然这些经验也同样可以指导系统育种的选择.一般认为,小麦品种产量性状的遗传力低,直接选择的效果差,通过有较高遗传力且与产量有密切关系的性状去间接选择,容易见效.但在实践中往往发现有这样一些情况,通过某一些性状的正向选择,而使另一些性状向负向转化,结果得不偿失,使选择见不到成效.怎样才能尽量避免这种顾此失彼的现象呢? 这是值得我们很好研究的课题.因此笔者认为,弄清小麦主要数量性状之间的内在联系,对育种的有效选择甚为必要.在小麦上进行性状相关
