目的探讨生长减速期少年的掌骨发育状况,对比掌骨发育水平是否存在城乡差异。方法在城市和乡村两个观察点选定男16~18岁、女14~16岁中学生,每组35人,共420人,被检者均测身高、拍左手腕部X线片,测量每张X光片的5个掌骨长径与横径,计算掌骨指数。结果此期城乡男女少年掌骨长度与宽度年增加量很小;男生各掌骨长径城市大于乡村,横径乡村大于城市;女生掌骨(除15岁Ⅱ掌骨外)的长径与横径乡村均大于城市,横径差值更明显;各观察组掌骨指数城市皆大于乡村,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ掌骨指数差值尤为显著;男女各年龄组的身高均值城市皆明显高于乡村(P<0.01)。结论研究获得了生长减速期少年各掌骨(长径、横径)发育水平均值,掌骨指数同身高关系较密切。
Objective To investigate the development of metacarpal bone in adolescent with growth retardation and compare the development of metacarpal bone with the difference between urban and rural areas. Methods A total of 420 middle school students aged 16 to 18 years and 14 to 16 years of age were selected from two observation points in urban and rural areas. Each group comprised 35 persons, with a total of 420 persons. The subjects were measured height and left arm wrist X-ray film, Zhang X-ray 5 metacarpal long diameter and transverse diameter, calculate the metacarpal index. Results The increase in the length and width of the metacarpal of boys and girls in urban and rural areas during this period was very small. The long-diameter and long-diameter cities of boys were larger than those of rural areas, The differences of the metacarpal index in the two cities were more significant than those in the rural areas (P <0.01) ). Conclusions The average level of development of each metacarpal (long diameter, transverse diameter) of juvenile in growth retardation period was obtained. The metacarpal index was closely related to height.
