将绞股蓝浸出液对荷瘤小鼠作抑瘤试验的同时,观察其对外周血象的影响。实验结果表明:小鼠带瘤10天后,外周血中的红细胞、白细胞及血小板数急剧下降,血红蛋白含量显著减少,经腹腔及灌胃途径给药后,能抑制肿瘤细胞的繁殖,同时可减轻肿瘤不断生长而产生对造血系统的损害,并能促进各类原始细胞的分化,致使外周血中下降的上述血细胞及血红蛋白含量均有不同程度的提高。与对照组比较有显著性差异或非常显著差异(见表)。上
Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract was used as a tumor suppressor test in tumor-bearing mice and its peripheral blood was observed. The experimental results showed that after 10 days of tumor-bearing in mice, the number of red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets in the peripheral blood decreased drastically, and the hemoglobin content was significantly reduced. After intraperitoneal and intragastric administration, tumor cell proliferation was inhibited and tumors were alleviated at the same time. Continuous growth causes damage to the hematopoietic system and promotes the differentiation of various types of primitive cells, resulting in a decrease in the above-mentioned blood cell and hemoglobin levels in the peripheral blood.
