帮助职校学生正确认识社会、参与社会,促进他们的社会性塑造与发展,是职业教育关注的课题。职业教育对学生社会性发展具有指向性、系统性、磨合性、补偿性、可控性与超越性等特点。在促进学生社会性发展过程中,存在文化上继承传统、内容上脱离生活、教育行为上偏离实际等现象。职业学校应明确学生社会性发展的价值取向、积极总结健康发展的经验并鼓励学生尝试,以促进学生社会性发展。
To help vocational school students to correctly understand the society, participate in the society and promote their social shaping and development are the topics of concern to vocational education. Vocational education has the characteristics of pointing, systematicness, running-in, compensatory, controllability and transcendence to students’ social development. In the process of promoting the social development of students, there are such phenomena as the inheritance of tradition in culture, the deviations from contents and the deviation of educational behaviors. Vocational schools should clarify the value orientation of social development of students, actively summarize the experience of healthy development and encourage students to try to promote the social development of students.
