本文对多根牙髓室底部根管口与口之间的“牙髓压迹沟”进行了描述。材料来源是根据多年在临床开髓揭顶观察髓底和200只离体牙、髓腔剖开观察;根管口与口之间多数是有一道小沟相连,沟底小上口大表面光滑,此沟是由于牙胚在发育时的牙髓压迹形成的,所以,称为“牙髓压迹沟”。这对揭开髓顶找根管口是辨认髓底的一个标记,在临床上有一定的意义。
