综合交通运输是一个具有多维涵义的概念,它包括形式维度、功能维度和运作维度等不同层面的意义;综合交通运输发展有三个不同阶段,即初级阶段、中级阶段和高级阶段。不同阶段的综合交通运输具有各自不同的特征。我国的综合交通运输还处于初级阶段,应当推动我国综合交通运输的发展,促进其由初级阶段向中级乃至高级阶段的过渡。
Comprehensive transportation is a concept with multi-dimensional connotation. It includes the different dimensions such as formal dimension, functional dimension and operational dimension. There are three different stages of integrated transportation development, that is, primary stage, middle stage and advanced stage. Different stages of integrated transport have their own different characteristics. China’s comprehensive transportation is still in its infancy. It should promote the development of comprehensive transportation in our country and promote its transition from the initial stage to the intermediate and advanced stage.
