患者女,30岁。主因“鼻塞、嗅觉减退6个月,加重20天”来院就诊。体检:鼻黏膜慢性出血,鼻中隔左偏,双侧下鼻甲肿大,鼻后腔可见一灰白色新生物,质软,触之不易出血。心肺腹检查正常。
Female patient, 30 years old. The main reason, “stuffy nose, smell six months, increased 20 days ” to the hospital. Physical examination: chronic nasal mucosal bleeding, left nasal septum deviation, bilateral inferior turbinate enlargement, nasal posterior cavity can be seen an off-white new creatures, soft, difficult to touch the bleeding. Cardiopulmonary abdominal examination was normal.
